Projekt dviju manjih stambenih zgrada temelji se na uspostavljanju uravnoteženog odnosa između suzdržane baze građevina i naglašenog volumena penthouse etaža. Oblikovanje nadgrađa mekim zaobljenim linijama i finom teksturom materijala stvara prepoznatljiv identitet zgrada te istovremeno omekšava njihovu prisutnost u prostoru. Neutralna i racionalno organizirana baza omogućuje jasno čitanje volumena, dok velike terase i otvori uspostavljaju snažnu vezu interijera s pogledima prema krajoliku i moru. Projekt istražuje dijalog između jednostavne prostorne organizacije, mediteranskog ambijenta i suvremenog arhitektonskog izraza.

The project of two smaller residential buildings is based on establishing a balanced relationship between the restrained base of the buildings and the emphasized volume of the penthouse levels. The design of the upper volumes, with soft rounded lines and refined material textures, creates a distinctive architectural identity while softening the buildings’ presence within the landscape. The neutral and rationally organized base allows for a clear reading of the volumes, while large terraces and openings establish a strong connection between the interior spaces and views toward the landscape and the sea. The project explores the dialogue between simple spatial organization, the Mediterranean setting, and a contemporary architectural expression.
