PREMIUM LIVING RIJEKA

Stambena zgrada s poslovnim prostorima nalazi se na Zametu u Rijeci i obuhvaća 40 stanova različitih tipologija, od jednosobnih do prostranih trosobnih. Projekt je osmišljen s naglaskom na kvalitetu privatnih i zajedničkih prostora kako bi stanarima pružio viši standard stanovanja od uobičajenih višestambenih zgrada. Posebna pažnja posvećena je povezivanju unutarnjeg i vanjskog prostora stanova, uz maksimalno iskorištavanje kvalitete lokacije i očuvanje intime svakog doma. Pročelje zgrade, sa posebno projektiranim elementima zaštite od sunca i pažljivo odabranim materijalima, vizualno je oblikovano bliže konceptu urbane vile nego klasične stambene zgrade.

The residential building with commercial spaces is located in the Zamet area of Rijeka, and consists of 40 apartments of various layouts, ranging from one-bedroom to spacious three-bedroom units. The project was designed with special attention to both private and shared spaces, aiming to provide residents with a higher standard of living than typically found in new multi-residential buildings. Particular care was given to the relationship between the interior and exterior spaces of each apartment, maximizing the benefits of the location and climate while ensuring privacy for every unit. The façade design, featuring custom-made sun protection elements and carefully selected materials, creates a visual identity closer to that of an urban villa than a conventional apartment building.
