Investitor je odabrao eksponirano mjesto uz autoput kao nastavak postojeće proizvodnje u Svilnom, što je uvelike utjecalo na arhitektonski koncept objekta. Glavna struktura kompleksa duga 200 metara i visoka 17 metara djeluje kao znak koji označava ulaz u grad te odražava riječku industrijsku tradiciju kroz modernu industrijsku arhitekturu.

The investor chose a prominent location along the highway as an extension of the existing production in Svilno, which significantly influenced the architectural concept of the building. The main structure of the complex, 200 meters long and 17 meters high, acts as a landmark marking the entrance to the city and reflects Rijeka’s industrial tradition through modern industrial architecture.
